Delete inside PocketPlanner

Open Account → Danger Zone → Delete my account. Password accounts confirm their password; Google accounts re-verify with Google.

What is deleted

Your PocketPlanner authentication account.
Your synced lists, reminders, to-dos, coupons, scans, profile, and storage-usage data.
Photos stored in your PocketPlanner cloud storage area.

What may remain

Information already shared with another person may remain in their account or device. Limited security, legal, and provider backup records may remain for their normal retention periods. Data stored only in a browser or app installation can be removed by clearing PocketPlanner app/site data on that device.

If sign-in fails

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. If that does not resolve the problem, submit an Account or Privacy request through the secure support form. Never send your password.
